We are delighted to announce funding has just been confirmed for our annual Transitional Day of Dance. The day will be led by Dance Teacher, Mrs Hickman. This event will take place on Thursday 11th July between 9.00am and 4.30pm in the North Site Hall at Helston Community College, and is open to Year 6 children joining us in September 2019. The children will have the opportunity to perform to parents and carers at the end of the day; the performance will commence at 4.00pm in the North Site Hall. There is no cost. The children should arrive wearing comfortable clothing for dance and will need to bring a packed lunch and drink for the day.
If your child would like to attend this event, please could you complete and return the parental consent slip on the attached letter. Alternatively, you can email the requested details to acann@helston.cornwall.sch.uk.
There are only 30 places available and they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Confirmation of your child’s place will be given by email or telephone from Tuesday 9th July 2019.
